Tech-In-Education, organized by the Co-Creation Hub, was a 48-hour gathering of ideas, people and digital tools aimed at creating novel web and mobile solutions, to improve learning at primary and secondary school levels in Nigeria. The team behind Efiko came first at the end of the competition. The product was launched in February 2013 and has garnered multiple award including Nigeria Internet Group Award (July 2012), World Summit Award Nominee (2013) and has been featured on CNN in the next big idea series.
